摘　　要：实施创新驱动发展战略,是保持我国经济持续健康发展的必然选择。孵化器被定位为加快实施创新驱动发展战略的有力抓手,网络化发展是孵化器满足在孵企业资源需求的有效途径。论文主要研究社会资本对在孵企业创新绩效的跨层次影响机制,通过分析主要得出以下结论:在孵企业社会资本正向影响在孵企业创新绩效、孵化网络社会资本正向调节在孵企业社会资本与其创新绩效之间的正向关系、在孵企业社会资本正向影响孵化网络社会资本。The implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is the inevitable choice to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of China's economy.Incubator is positioned as a powerful hand to speed up the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.Network development is an effective way for incubators to meet the resource needs of incubating enterprises.This paper mainly studies the cross-level influence mechanism of social capital on innovation performance of incubating enterprises.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis:the social capital of incubating enterprises positively influences the innovation performance of incubating enterprises,the social capital of incubation network positively moderates the positive relationship between the social capital of incubating enterprises and its innovation performance,and the social capital of incubating enterprises positively influences the social capital of incubation network.
