摘　　要：材料腐蚀实验耗时长、腐蚀过程难以实时监测、腐蚀机理不易理解,在实验教学中存在较大困难。利用COMSOL虚拟仿真软件建立腐蚀模型还原腐蚀过程,探究腐蚀实验的实践操作与虚拟仿真深度融合在教学过程中的实施方法。利用COMSOL软件腐蚀模块,模拟腐蚀电流分布以及腐蚀速率。基于COMSOL软件腐蚀仿真建模实例,完善电偶腐蚀虚拟仿真实验课程项目,帮助学生在腐蚀实验的基础上利用虚拟仿真加深对所学理论知识的理解,在基础模型上进行参数的改变以观察不同条件下腐蚀变化。设置学生自主学习建模内容,提高学生利用仿真手段解决复杂材料工程应用问题的能力。Because the corrosion process is time-consuming, difficult to be monitored, and its mechanism is difficult to be understood, the material corrosion experiment is very hard in the experimental teaching. To this end, this article uses COMSOL simulation software to establish a corrosion model to reduce the corrosion process, and explore the implementation method of the combination of the practical operation and the virtual simulation in the teaching process. We use the COMSOL software corrosion module to simulate the corrosion current distribution and corrosion rate, and assist experimental teaching. Based on the modeling example of the corrosion simulation experiment of COMSOL software, we complete the galvanic corrosion simulation experiment course project, help students use the virtual corrosion experiment to deepen the understanding of the theoretical knowledge they have learned, and parameterize the basic model to observe the changes of corrosion under different conditions. It sets up students’ independent study to establish model course content, improve students’ basic experimental skills and virtual simulation software operating skills, as well as the ability to use simulation methods to solve complex material engineering application problems.
