摘  要:目的:测量体脂过多(overfat)女大学生练习流瑜伽的能量消耗(EE),并探究8周流瑜伽干预对其减脂的效果。方法:招募30名体脂过多女大学生,年龄20.67±0.76岁,体质指数(BMI)22.56±2.94kg/m^(2),体脂百分比(PBF)32.85%±3.99%,随机分为瑜伽组和对照组,每组15人。瑜伽组进行90 min/次、4次/周共8周的流瑜伽干预;对照组保持原有体力活动水平,不进行任何规律的运动。正式干预前,用便携式气体代谢仪测量瑜伽组练习流瑜伽时的摄氧量(VO_(2))、二氧化碳呼出量(VCO_(2))、呼吸交换率(RER)、代谢当量(MET)、安静EE、运动EE等代谢指标;用改良Bruce运动负荷试验方案测得最大摄氧量和最大心率,以调控练习瑜伽时的运动强度。干预前、后,用双能X线吸收法测两组受试者的android区(A区)和gynoid区(G区)脂肪量、全身脂肪量、PBF、体重及BMI。结果:(1)练习流瑜伽时VO_(2)、VCO_(2)、RER、MET和EE均较安静时增加,代谢当量为4.7 MET,净EE(运动EE-安静EE)为3.29±0.14 kcal/min;(2)干预后,与对照组相比,瑜伽组A区脂肪量、全身脂肪量、PBF、体重和BMI都显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01),但G区脂肪量无显著变化。结论:(1)流瑜伽可达到中等运动强度,且一次90 min流瑜伽的净能量消耗可达到美国运动医学会关于控制体重的每次能量消耗推荐值;(2)8周流瑜伽干预可减少体脂过多女大学生的android区脂肪量、全身脂肪量、体脂百分比、体重和BMI,即流瑜伽不仅能减脂,还能改善其脂肪分布。ObjectiveTo measure the energy expenditure(EE)of overfat female undergraduates practicing flow yoga,and explore the fat-reduction effect of 8-week flow yoga.MethodsThirty overfat female undergraduates[age:20.67±0.76 years,body mass index(BMI):22.56±2.94 kg/m^(2),percentage of body fat(PBF):32.85%±3.99%]were recruited and randomly divided into a yoga group and a control group,each of 15.The yoga group practiced 90-minute flow yoga 4 times a week for 8 weeks,while the control group did not practice regularly.Before the intervention,a portable gas metabolism meter was used to measure the metabolic indicators such as the oxygen uptake(VO_(2)),carbon dioxide expiration(VCO_(2)),breathing exchange rate(RER),metabolic equivalent(MET),rest EE and exercise EE.To regulate the exercise intensity,the maximum oxygen uptake and maximum heart rate were measured using the modified Bruce protocol.The dual-energy X-ray absorption was used to measure the fat mass of the android zone(A-zone)and the gynoid zone(G-zone),the body fat mass,PBF,the body weight and BMI before and after the intervention.ResultsThe average VO_(2),VCO_(2),RER,MET and EE increased when practicing flow yoga regularly,with the metabolic equivalent of 4.7 MET and the net EE(exercise EE minus rest EE)of 3.29±0.14 kcal/min.After the intervention,the average A-zone fat mass,body fat mass,PBF,body weight and BMI of the yoga group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionsFlow yoga is of moderate intensity,and the net energy expenditure of a 90-minute flow yoga can meet the American College of Sports Medicine recommendations for weight control energy expenditure per session.The 8-week flow yoga can reduce the A-zone fat mass,body fat mass,PBF,body weight and BMI of overfat female undergraduates.In other words,it can reduce the fat mass and distribution at the same time.
