摘　　要：《黄帝内经》之所以称为"经",就是因为其理论是一个以脏、象对应,完整、系统、科学的脏象学说信息医学理论体系。《黄帝内经》医学理论体系的理论纲领是脏象学说,脏象学说的最高境界是"治未病"的养生之道。困扰现代中医理论的最大问题,是后世对《黄帝内经》中天地、阴阳、五行学说的理解。《素问·五运行大论》明确的告诉后人:脏象学说中的"天地阴阳者,不以数推,以象之谓也"。医学是一门实用科学,上古运用天地阴阳五行学说,就像现代医学理论中应用物理、化学理论,只能运用其原理而不能代替医学的道理。所以,以《易经》中天地阴阳五行的哲理,代替医学理论,是明显错误的。文章考证《黄帝内经》中脏象学说的阴阳八变。The reason why Huangdi Neijing is called’Jing’is that its theory is a complete,systematic and scientific information medical theory system of viscera theory.The theoretical program of the medical theory system in Huangdi Neijing is the theory of viscera.The highest state of viscera theory is the way of health preservation that can be achieved by’curing diseases before they are cured and saving diseases in the bud’.The biggest problem plaguing modern TCM theory is the later understanding of the theory of heaven and earth,yin and yang,and five elements in Huangdi Neijing.Suwen·Wuyunxingdalun clearly told the later generations in the theory of viscera:’The yin and yang of heaven and earth are not deduced by numbers,but by images’.Medicine is a practical science.In ancient times,the theory of heaven and earth,yin and yang and five elements was applied,just as physics is applied in modern medical theory.Chemical theory can only apply its principles and cannot replace medical principles.Therefore,it is obviously wrong to replace medical theory with the philosophy of heaven,earth,yin,yang and five elements in the Book of Changes.This paper researches the eight changes of yin and yang in the theory of viscera in Huangdi Neijing.
