以海载道论《黄帝内经》“肠胃为海”

摘　　要：以发生学原理为指导,遵循中医"参应天地自然之象探索人之生命"的认知规律,结合中国传统海洋文化及儒道文化"水""空""变""化""和"等核心思想理念,运用取象比类思维方法,以海载道,将"海纳百川""海生万物""海泽万物""海有潮汐""海能自和"等天地自然之海象,类比于人之肠胃脏腑,揭示了《黄帝内经》"肠胃"具有纳物、化物、泽物的生理功能以及时空节律和维稳自和的生理特性。文章旨在补充和完善《黄帝内经》"肠胃为海"论的丰富内涵,进一步提高中医对人生命的认知理念,包括生命的本源、生命的中心、生命的本质、生命的调控以及生命的价值等。籍此针砭时弊,展望未来,倡生命繁荣与中医发展之屯道,贬任情返道之医风。Guided by the genesis of traditional Chinese medicine,the article is combined with traditional Chinese marine culture and following core ideas of Confucianism and Taoism culture,which are‘water’‘empty’‘change’‘transform’‘harmony’and so on.By applying the method of analogy,the natural phenomenon of sea can be compared to humanity’s spleen-stomach system,whether all rivers will back to the sea at last,the sea contains numerous rivers,the sea is the place where most creatures are nourished and come from,the sea has tides and always can regulate itself as well,suggesting that the physiological function of spleen-stomach system in Huangdi Neijing is receiving,changing and fertilizing everything for human,while temporal rhythmicity and hold steady and harmony are the physiological characteristics.The article aims to rich and perfect the theory of‘spleen-stomach system is sea’in Huangdi Neijing,and casts further light on the cognitive concept of human life in TCM,including the origin of life,the center of life,the essence of life,the regulation of life and the value of life,etc..At last,by exposing the medical situation of self-willed which violates the law of life,the Tun law of the Book of changes that contributes to the prosperity of life and TCM should be highlighted.
