摘 要:目的探索“五位一体”实战化教学模式在防化医学课程教学中的应用,为国家培养专业的防化应急救援人才。方法通过多年教学实践,总结出了一套“五位一体”的实战化教学模式,即以实战化为导向开展“核心知识理论精讲-关键技能专项训练-经典案例分析讨论-小组模式桌面推演-综合模拟实战演练”。结果实践表明,“五位一体”实战化教学模式从不同维度培养了学生防化医学的知识和技能,增强了课程的趣味性和实用性,有效提高了课程教学质量。结论“五位一体”实战化教学模式适应了防化医学人才培养的需求,也为相关课程建设和改革提供新的思路。Objective In order to train professional chemical emergency rescuers for our country,we explore the usage of′five in one′actual combat teaching mode in medical defense against chemical weapons course.Methods The authors gradually concluded a set of′five in one′actual combat teaching mode in the years of teaching practice,that is,core knowledge acquisition,key skills proficiency,classic case discussion,group table-top exercise and comprehensive team simulation.Results Practice has shown that the′five in one′actual combat teaching mode had cultivated students′knowledge and skills from different dimensions,which enhanced the interest,practicality and quality of the course.Conclusion′Five in one′actual combat teaching mode adapts to the needs of training professional emergency rescuers in chemical medicine.Meanwhile,it also provides new ideas for the construction and reform of other courses.
