摘 要:目的探讨Slit2、MAGE-A3在宫颈癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法收集宫颈癌标本97例作为研究对象,同时选取正常宫颈组织97例作为对照,采用免疫组化染色法检测Slit2、MAGE-A3表达。结果宫颈癌组织中Slit2阳性表达率为37.11%,明显低于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),而MAGE-A3阳性表达率为47.42%,明显高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅱ期、有淋巴结转移组织Slit2阳性表达率分别为21.21%和16.67%,明显低于Ⅰ期和无淋巴结转移组织(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅱ期、中低分化、有淋巴结转移组织MAGE-A3阳性表达率分别为78.79%、56.92%和76.67%,明显高于Ⅰ期、高分化和无淋巴结转移组织(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织Slit2与MAGE-A3表达呈负相关(γ_(s)=-0.430,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织Slit2表达下调,而MAGE-A3表达上调,两者在疾病发生发展中可能有重要作用,且两者间存在负相关关系。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Slit2 and MAGE-A3 in cervical cancer.Methods 97 cervical cancer specimens were collected,and 97 normal cervical tissues were selected as controls,the expression of Slit2 and MAGE-A3 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rate of Slit2 in cervical cancer tissues was 37.11%,significantly lower than that in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of MAGE-A3 was 47.42%,significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of Slit2 in TNM stage II and lymph node metastasis tissues were 21.21%and 16.67%,which were significantly lower than those in stage I and non-lymph node metastasis tissues(P<0.05);The positive rates of MAGE-A3 in TNM stage II,moderately and poorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis tissues were 78.79%,56.92%and 76.67%,which were significantly higher than those in stage I,highly differentiated and non-lymph node metastasis tissues(P<0.05);Slit2 expression was negatively correlated with MAGE-A3 expression in cervical cancer(γ_(s)=-0.430,P<0.05).Conclusion Slit2 expression is down-regulated in cervical cancer tissues,while MAGE-A3 expression is up-regulated,both of them may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,and there is a negative correlation between them.
