摘 要:目的观察宫颈癌组织内细胞分化抑制因子-1(ID-1)及整合素链接激酶(ILK)的表达状况,并分析其与宫颈癌发生发展间的联系。方法选取收集的84例宫颈癌组织标本(宫颈癌组)、同期获取的宫颈上皮瘤变(CIN)组织40例(CIN组)、正常宫颈组织40例(对照组),检测3组标本中的ID-1蛋白、ILK蛋白表达,分析不同国际妇产联盟分期(FIGO)、肿瘤分化程度、组织学类型、肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移与ID-1蛋白、ILK蛋白表达的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中的ILK蛋白、ID-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为64.29%、70.24%,均显著高于CIN组(27.50%、35.00%)和对照组(12.50%、20.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CIN组和对照组的ILK蛋白、ID-1蛋白阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。宫颈癌组织中的ID-1蛋白阳性表达率在不同FIGO分期、是否发生淋巴结转移、不同肌层浸润深度组织中比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中的ILK蛋白阳性表达率在不同组织学分化程度、是否发生淋巴结转移、不同肌层浸润深度组织中比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ID-1蛋白、ILK蛋白在宫颈癌组织中呈典型的高表达,可能与促进宫颈癌的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression of cell differentiation inhibitor-1(ID-1)and integrin-linked kinase(ILK)in cervical cancer tissues and their relationship with tumorigenesis.Methods 84 cervical cancer tissue specimens(cervical cancer group),40 cervical epithelial neoplasia(CIN)tissues(CIN group)and 40 normal cervical tissues(control group)were collected,and the IDs of the 3 groups were detected.-1 protein,ILK protein expression,analysis of different international maternity alliance stage(FIGO),tumor differentiation,histological type,myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis and ID-1 protein,ILK protein expression.Results The positive expression rates of ILK protein and ID-1 protein in cervical cancer tissues were 64.29%and 70.24%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in CIN group(27.50%,35.00%)and control group(12.50%,20.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of ILK protein and ID-1 protein between CIN group and control group(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of ID-1 protein in cervical cancer tissues was different in FIGO stage.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of ILK protein in cervical cancer tissues was different in histological differentiation,lymph node metastasis,different muscles.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of ID-1 protein and ILK protein in cervical cancer tissues may be related to the promotion of cervical cancer.
