不同调强放疗联合同步化疗治疗老年食管癌的疗效及对患者血清指标和预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同调强放疗联合同步化疗治疗老年食管癌的疗效及对血清指标及预后的影响。方法选取81例老年食管癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的差异将其分为2组。研究组40例采用SIB-IMRT同步化疗治疗,而对照组41例则采用IMRT同步化疗治疗。比较2组的临床疗效等差异。结果治疗后3个月,研究组的客观缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组相关检验指标均比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组预后指标均比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论与IMRT同步化疗相比,SIB-IMRT同步化疗治疗老年食管癌的疗效更佳,同时还可降低放疗造成的不良反应发生率,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analysis the effect of different intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy on serum indexes and prognosis of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 81 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the different treatment methods.Among them,40 patients in the study group were treated with SIB-IMRT concurrent chemotherapy,and 41 patients in the control group were treated with IMRT concurrent chemotherapy.Results The objective remission rate 3 months after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the adverse reaction rate of the study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the related test indexes of the study group were significantly improved than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the prognosis indexes of the study group were significantly improved than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with IMRT synchronous chemotherapy,SIB-IMRT synchronous chemotherapy has better efficacy in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer,and can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy,ultimately improving the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
