摘　　要：类器官是体外由有自我更新能力的干细胞在三维支架下形成的具有特异性的微型器官。随着该细胞培养系统的发展,近年来类器官培养已逐步应用于体外器官模型的建立、药物测试甚至是修复或取代受损器官的研究中,具有良好的发展前景,该综述旨在总结类器官在口腔医学中的最新研究成果,为类器官的发展提供口腔医学领域的理论依据并予以展望。The organoid is a kind of distinctive micro-organ formed by stem cells with the ability of self-renewal,which can be cultured in three-dimensional scaffold in vitro.With the development of cell culture system,organoids have been gradually applied in researches such as in vitro organ model establishment,drug testing and even the repairing or replacing damage organs.It shows significantly promising prospects.This review article aims to summarize the latest research progress and provide the theoretical foundation and prospects for the development of organoids in stomatology.
