摘 要:本试验旨在应用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)法、尼龙袋法和改进三步体外法对比工业大麻副产物与玉米秸秆和苜蓿干草的营养价值。本试验采用CNCPS法测定3种饲料(工业大麻副产物、玉米秸秆和苜蓿干草)的常规营养成分并对蛋白质组分和碳水化合物组分进行分析;同时使用尼龙袋法对3种饲料的干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维的瘤胃降解参数进行测定;随后使用改进三步体外法评价干物质和过瘤胃蛋白质的小肠消化率。结果表明:1)3种饲料营养成分差异很大,工业大麻副产物的粗灰分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤不溶蛋白质和酸性洗涤不溶蛋白质含量均显著高于玉米秸秆和苜蓿干草(P<0.05),工业大麻副产物的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和淀粉含量显著低于玉米秸秆和苜蓿干草(P<0.05);工业大麻副产物的非蛋白氮和可溶性蛋白质含量显著低于苜蓿干草但高于玉米秸秆(P<0.05)。2)工业大麻副产物的非蛋白氮、快速降解蛋白质和中速降解蛋白质含量显著低于苜蓿干草但高于玉米秸秆(P<0.05),其慢速降解蛋白质含量显著高于其他两者(P<0.05),工业大麻副产物的快速降解碳水化合物含量显著高于玉米秸秆和苜蓿干草(P<0.05)。3)工业大麻副产物的干物质和中性洗涤纤维有效降解率显著低于苜蓿干草但高于玉米秸秆(P<0.05),瘤胃非降解蛋白质显著高于其他两者(P<0.05)。4)工业大麻副产物的干物质和蛋白质小肠消化率显著高于玉米秸秆和苜蓿干草(P<0.05)。综上所述,工业大麻副产物具有较高的营养价值,可以为反刍动物提供丰富优良的蛋白质和纤维,可以作为反刍动物优质的饲料资源。This experiment was conducted to compare the nutritional value of industrial hemp by-product,corn straw and alfalfa hay by using Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS),nylon bag method and improved three-step in vitro method.The contents of various nutrients and protein and carbohydrate components of the three feeds(industrial hemp by-product,corn straw and alfalfa hay)were analyzed by CNCPS method;at the same time,the nylon bag method was used to determine the rumen degradation parameters of the dry matter,crude protein,and neutral detergent fiber of the three feeds;then the improved three-step in vitro method was used to evaluate the intestinal digestibility of dry matter and rumen bypass protein.The results showed as follows:1)the nutritional components of the three feeds were very different.The ash,crude protein,fat,neutral detergent insoluble protein and acid detergent insoluble protein contents of industrial hemp by-product were significantly higher than those of corn straw and alfalfa hay(P<0.05),the contents of neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and starch of industrial hemp by-product were significantly lower than those of corn straw and alfalfa hay(P<0.05);the contents of non-protein nitrogen and soluble protein of industrial hemp by-product were significantly lower than those of alfalfa hay but higher than corn straw(P<0.05).2)The contents of non-protein nitrogen,fast-degrading protein and medium-rate degrading protein of industrial hemp by-product were significantly lower than alfalfa hay but higher than corn straw(P<0.05),and its slow-degrading protein content was significantly higher than the others(P<0.05),the fast-degradable carbohydrate content of industrial hemp by-product was significantly higher than that of corn straw and alfalfa hay(P<0.05).3)The effective degradation rates of dry matter and neutral detergent fiber of industrial hemp by-product were significantly lower than those of alfalfa hay but higher than corn straw(P<0.05).The rumen non-degradable protein of indus
