某发动机机油泵驱动系统选型试验分析

摘  要:针对增压直喷发动机在正常运行工况条件下机油泵驱动系统的匹配设计问题,建立正时系统循环工况试验系统,测量不同条件下发动机的动态参数并选取了部分试验结果进行分析。结果表明不同方案的机油泵驱动系统的改变对正时系统附件运动状态的影响不大,且测试值都在合理的设计要求范围内;在机油温度较高的情况下,机油泵驱动系统的改变使得机油泵张紧器对导轨的位移峰值变化比较大,方案二的峰值均在2.5 mm内,属于正常范围,方案一峰值的最大值达到4.5 mm,超出正常误差范围,因此发动机选用方案二的机油泵驱动系统最符合要求。该试验测试方法及得到的相关结论对发动机前端附件系统的开发设计具有参考价值。For the matching design problem of the oil pump drive system of the turbocharged direct injection engine under normal operating conditions,the timing system test was established to measure the engine dynamic parameters under different conditions,and select part of the test results for analysis.The research shows that the change of oil pump drive system has little influence on the motion state of the timing system accessories,and the test values are all within the range of reasonable design requirements;in the case of high oil temperature,the change of oil pump drive system makes the displacement peak of rail be bigger,the peak value of plan 2 is within 2.5 mm,belongs to the normal range,a maximum value of plan 1 is 4.5 mm,beyond the normal error range,so the engine choose to plan 2.The test method and the relevant conclusions have reference value for the development and design of engine front-end accessory system.
