摘 要:本文考察了3种常用灭菌方法对茶麸粉微生物指标、油脂含量、氮含量的影响,以便使其能应用于茶麸洗发用品中,并保证茶麸洗发用品的质量安全。结果显示:臭氧灭菌法未能完全杀灭所有微生物,且影响茶麸粉原有的油脂含量;干热灭菌法需在130℃2 h以上的灭菌条件,能有效杀灭微生物并通过稳定性考察,同时不影响茶麸粉油脂和氮含量;钴-60灭菌法能有效杀灭茶麸粉中的微生物并通过稳定性考察,也不影响其油脂和氮含量。再根据结果,选择干热灭菌和钴-60灭菌原料制作洗发粉小样,通过3个月微生物稳定性考察,为茶麸洗发用品原料微生物指标的生产工艺提供了技术支持。In this paper,the effects of three common sterilization methods on microbial indexes,oil content and nitrogen content of tea bran powder were investigated,so that it can be applied to tea bran shampoo products and ensure the quality and safety of tea bran shampoo products.The results showed that ozone sterilization could not completely kill all microorganisms,and affected the original oil content of tea bran powder;The dry heat sterilization method requires sterilization conditions above 130℃for 2 h,which can effectively kill microorganisms and pass the stability investigation,without affecting the oil and nitrogen content of tea bran powder;Cobalt 60 sterilization method can effectively kill microorganisms in tea bran powder,and through stability investigation,it does not affect its oil and nitrogen content.According to the results,dry heat sterilization and cobalt 60 sterilization raw materials were selected to make small samples of shampoo powder.Through the investigation of microbial stability for 3 months,technical support was provided for the production process of microbial indexes of tea bran shampoo raw materials.
