摘　　要：肺癌是起源于支气管黏膜、腺体或肺泡上皮的肺部恶性肿瘤。随着人口老龄化和环境污染等因素的日益严重,肺癌已经成为我国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,严重危害人民的生命健康。然而对于肺癌的中西医结合诊疗,目前国内尚无全国性、规范化的共识指南。为了推广肺癌的规范化中西医诊治理念、提高我国在该领域的诊治水平,在国家中医药管理局医政司统筹安排下,广州中医药大学第一附属医院联合中山大学附属肿瘤医院的肿瘤专家,结合重大疑难疾病中西医临床协作试点项目(肺癌)的主要成果,编写了该共识。Lung cancer is a pulmonary malignant tumor originating from bronchial mucosa,gland or alveolar epithelium.With the aging of population and the worsening of environmental pollution and other factors,lung cancer has been the cancer with the highest incidence and mortality in China,which seriously endangers human health.However,there is no national and standardized consensus guide for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer till now.To promote the standardization of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of lung cancer and to increase the level of the diagnosis and treatment in this field in China,the experts specialized in oncology from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and from Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University write the consensus by absorbing the main achievements in pilot project of clinical collaboration for treatment of major complicated and refractory diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(lung cancer),and under the overall arrangement of the Department of Medical Administration of National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
