摘 要:高校"实验班"是教学改革过程中兼顾人才培养连续性、稳定性、前瞻性、创新性的积极探索,是拔尖人才培养的重要途径。通过研究教育部首批基础学科(经济)拔尖学生培养计划2.0基地建设高校"实验班"的成功经验发现,高校"实验班"在教育教学过程中具有跨学科、强实践、广视野、重科研等特点。今后须重视因材施教、思政教育、中国理论和评价改革,解决好学生个性化发展、培养什么人、构建话语体系、激励政策与满足国家紧缺人才需求匹配等问题。The"experimental class"in universities is an active exploration that takes into account the continuity,stability,perspectiveness and innovation of talent cultivation in the process of teaching reform.It is an important way to cultivate top talents.Through the study of the successful experience of the"experimental classes"in the first batch of universities built by the Ministry of Education’s Base 2.0 Program for Cultivating Top Students in Basic Sciences(Economics),it is found that the"experimental classes"in universities have the characteristics of interdisciplinarity,strong practice,broad vision and scientific research-oriented in the process of education and teaching.In the future,it is necessary to pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,ideological and political education,Chinese theory and evaluation reform.The purpose is to solve the problems of personalized development of students,what kind of people to train,building a discourse system,matching incentive policies and meeting the needs of urgent and scarce national talents.
