外聘教师制对轮流制教师制度的经验启示

摘　　要：研究通过文献资料法和访谈法,对有过外聘经验的教师在外聘过程中遇到的问题进行分析,结果表明,教师外聘有诸多优点,但也存在不可忽视的缺点,外聘教师认为选定轮流教师及安排不应该是单方面的任务性通知,在与特殊学生良好关系的形成及互动上存在困难。另外,轮流教师与其他教师的关系中,经常有心理上的距离感和不适感,而且因为到其他学校授课,在课程准备、教具活用、考试出题及评分等教育课程运营方面也感到困难,对符合外聘教师授课特点的评价系统的构建相当缺乏。以此为基础,最终得出外聘教师制对轮流制教师制度的经验启示:在实施轮流制教师制度时,应尊重教师个人的意愿。学校应建立完善的轮流制教师制度、制定中长期符合正式日程的学校轮流计划、营造轮流教师包容氛围、重视轮流制教师教学评价系统的构建。Through literature and interview methods,this research analyzes the problems encountered in the process of external employment of teachers who have experience in external employment.The results show that there are many advantages of the external employment of teachers,but there are also disadvantages that cannot be ignored.External teachers believe that the selection and arrangement of rotating teachers should not be unilateral task notifications,and they have difficulties in the formation and interaction of good relationships with special students.In addition,in the relationship between rotating teachers and other teachers,there is often a sense of psychological distance and discomfort,and because of teaching in other schools,it is also difficult to operate educational courses such as course preparation,utilization of teaching aids,test questions and grading,etc.There is also a lack of evaluation system that meets the characteristics of external teachers’ teaching.Based on this,the experience of the external teacher system on the rotational teacher system is as follows:when implementing the rotation system of teachers,the will of teachers should be respected;schools should establish a complete system of rotating teachers,formulate medium or long term school rotation plans that conform to the official schedule,create an atmosphere of tolerance for rotating teachers,and attach importance to the construction of a teaching evaluation system for rotating teachers.
