“双95”模式下的研究生思想政治教育路径探索

摘　　要：我国研究生教育的目标是培养德才兼备的高层次人才,以立德树人为核心的思想政治教育工作正在其中发挥越来越重要的作用。"双95"模式作为一种特定年龄段背景下的工作模式,具有较为突出的特点。该文在深入分析"95后"性格特点的基础上,从正反两方面论述了"双95"模式,进而结合工作实际分别从党建、就业、心理、活动和思想五大部分阐述了其具体运用,最后从国家、学校、学院、个人四个层面探究了使该模式更好地发挥作用的对策。积极推进"双95"工作模式,对于培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人、实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,都具有十分重要的现实意义。The goal of graduate education in China is to cultivate high-level talents with both political integrity and ability.The ideological and political education with building morality and cultivating people as the core is playing an increasingly important role.The"double 95"mode,as a working mode under the background of specific age group,has more characteristics that are prominent.Based on the in-depth analysis of the personality characteristics of the"post-95 s"generation,this paper discusses the"double-95"mode from both positive and negative aspects,and then expounds its specific application from five aspects of Party building,employment,psychology,activities,and thoughts.Finally,this paper explores the countermeasures to make the mode play a better role from the four levels of the state,university,college,and individual.Actively promoting the"double 95"mode of work is of great practical significance to train qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause,and to realize the"two centenaries"goals and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
