摘　　要：作者通过分析体育院校本科生知识体系构建的不足,根据自身教学经验及体验,提出从学情分析、培养方式、教学策略等方面对专业知识体系构建进行探索,力求打造体育院校本科生过硬的专业知识体系,为"健康中国2030"培养主力军。This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the construction of the professional knowledge system of undergraduates in physical education colleges,and explores the construction of the professional knowledge system in terms of academic analysis,training methods,teaching strategies,etc.,based on the writer’s own teaching experience,and strives to build a strong professional knowledge system for undergraduates in physical education colleges.The goal is to train the main force for the"Healthy China 2030"plan.
