摘 要:目的分析比较2016-2020年碘盐监测结果及学生、孕妇碘营养水平,为有效落实各项防控措施提供依据。方法每年在22个县(市、区)按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取200名8~12岁学生和100名孕妇,采集盐样和尿样进行检测,用B超检查法对学生进行甲状腺筛查。结果2016-2020年采集盐样33041份,合格碘盐食用率87.38%,碘盐覆盖率96.15%,碘盐合格率90.88%,盐碘中位数24.30 mg/kg。盐碘中位数、合格碘盐食用率、碘盐合格率和碘盐覆盖率呈逐年上升趋势,碘盐覆盖率多年保持在90%以上,合格碘盐食用率和碘盐合格率除2016-2018年外,均达到国家的90%要求。8~10岁学生尿样17834份,尿碘中位数198.33μg/L。孕妇尿样8907份,尿碘中位数163.80μg/L,8~10岁学生和孕妇尿碘中位数逐年提高。甲状腺B超检查8203人,肿大率1.38%,低于国家5%的要求。结论孕妇、8~10岁学生尿碘水平以及学生甲状腺肿大率均达到碘缺乏病消除标准。Objective To analyze the data of iodized salt and the iodine nutritional status of school-age children and pregnant women from 2016 to 2020,and to provide scientific references for controlling iodine deficiency.Methods Monitoring among 200 school-age children and 100 pregnant women’s urine and salt samples from five directions(East,South,West,North and Middle)in 22 counties.Students underwent thyroid screening by B-ultrasound.Results A total of 33041 salt samples were monitored from 2016 to 2020.The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 87.38%,the coverage rate of Iodized salt was 96.15%,the qualification rate was 90.88%,and the median salt iodine content was 24.30 mg/kg.The median salt iodine content,the rate of qualified iodized salt,the qualified rate of iodized salt and the coverage rate of iodized salt have been increasing year by year,and the coverage rate of iodized salt has been kept above 90%for many years.Except for 2016 to 2018,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt and the qualified rate of iodized salt have reached 90%of the national requirements.The median of urine iodine in school-age children and the pregnant women was 198.33 ug·L^(-1) and 163.08 ug·L^(-1).The median urinary iodine of school-age children and pregnant women increased year by year.The goiter rate of children was 1.38%,which was lower than national level of 5%.Conclusion The urine iodine level of pregnant women and school-age children reached the appropriate level.
