摘　　要：作为大学生职业生涯教育的主渠道,大学生职业发展与就业指导课程承担着引导大学生树立正确的求职择业观、提升就业发展能力的重要职能。立德树人是高校人才培养之根本,在育人过程中,挖掘课程的思政价值,实现德育与智育有机结合,是高校促进社会主义建设者和接班人德智体美劳全面发展的应有之义。大学生职业发展与就业指导课程作为连接学校与社会的桥梁,进行"课程思政"建设,具有重要的价值意蕴,并存在高度的匹配性特征,在具体实施中重点应依托四个路径进行制度设计。As the main channel of college students’career education,college students’career development and employment guidance courses undertake the important functions of guiding college students to establish a correct outlook on job hunting and career selection,and to enhance their employability.Morality education is the foundation of elite cultivation in colleges and universities.In the process of education,digging out the ideological and political values of the curriculum and achieving an organic combination of moral education and intellectual education are the due meaning of colleges and universities to cultivate socialist builders and successors who comprehensively develop the moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor skills.As a bridge connecting schools and society,the career development and employment guidance courses for college students are of great value in the construction of"ideological and political curriculum"and have a high degree of matching features.In the implementation,the system design should put much emphasis on four paths.
