摘　　要：黑龙江沿岸中俄跨界民族文化既有历史继承性性又有共识变异性,在各种文化跨界互动、相互交流融合、互为影响中,表现出整体性、动态性、多元性、国际性等特点。黑龙江沿岸中俄跨界民族文化在传承与发展中面临着民族教育水平有待提高、民族文化生态环境失衡、民族文化认同感弱化等困境,借助黑龙江省与俄罗斯交往的地理区位和跨界族缘优势,指出中俄跨界民族文化发展的困境破解机制为内源式发展,并提出"重视文化自觉,坚持文化互动教育观""发挥学校教育的主体作用,引领民族文化传承主方向""重视家庭教育的基础地位,巩固民族文化传承主阵地""强调社区教育的辅助力量,促进中俄毗邻地区的文教互动"等建议,为中俄跨界民族文化的传承与发展提供新的思路,助推中俄边境区域教育共同体的构建。The Sino-Russian cross-border ethnic culture along the Heilongjiang coast has both historical inheritance and consensus variation.In the cross-border interaction,mutual exchange and integration,and mutual influence of various cultures,it shows integrity,dynamics,diversity,and International and other characteristics.In the inheritance and development of the Chinese and Russian cross-border ethnic cultures along the Heilongjiang coast,the national education level needs to be improved,the ethnic cultural ecological environment is unbalanced,and the national cultural identity is weakened.It takes advantage of the geographical location and cross-border ethnicity advantages of Heilongjiang Province and Russia.,Pointed out that the mechanism for solving the dilemma in the development of cross-border ethnic cultures between China and Russia is endogenous development,and put forward"emphasis on cultural consciousness,adhere to the concept of cultural interactive education","play the main role of school education and lead the main direction of national cultural inheritance"and attach importance to family education The basic position of the national cultural heritage,and the main position of national cultural heritage;"emphasize the auxiliary power of community education,and promote the cultural and educational interaction in the adjacent areas of China and Russia",etc.,provide new ideas for the inheritance and development of cross-border ethnic cultures between China and Russia,and promote China The construction of the educational community in the border regions of Russia.
