摘 要:组蛋白是细胞核内染色质的重要结构蛋白, 能够调节基因的转录。而在损伤、炎症等刺激下, 组蛋白可由胞核释放到胞外, 引起细胞毒性和免疫刺激, 加重组织损伤。细胞外组蛋白参与多种疾病的发生、发展, 包括脓毒症、自身免疫性疾病、肝损伤和急性肺损伤, 不仅可以作为机体炎症的生物学标志物, 还有望成为治疗疾病的分子靶点。现就细胞外组蛋白在肝损伤炎症过程中的作用作一综述。Histones are important structural proteins of chromatin in the nucleus,which can regulate gene transcription,and can be released from the nucleus to the outside of the cell under injury and inflammatory stimulations,thereby causing cytotoxicity and immune stimulation,and aggravating tissue damage.Extracellular histones are involved in the occurrence and development of many diseases,including sepsis,autoimmune diseases,liver injury,and acute lung injury.Therefore,its application not only can be used as a body's biomarker of inflammation,but also it is expected to become a molecular target for the treatment of diseases.This article reviews the role of extracellular histones in the inflammatory process ofliver injury.
