摘  要:为分析混凝土箱梁日照温度场的时空分布规律,结合气象数据建立了双对流边界的一维混凝土结构的温度场预估模型.采用积分变换法求得了预估模型的级数解,其前8项求和结果与数值结果及实测数据的最大误差分别为4%和11%.利用级数叠加式对混凝土温度场进行分解,得到了不同热流边界的温度场表达式.结合实测数据对热流边界进行分析,结果表明:取级数展开项n=5得到的混凝土结构的温度场,其计算结果与数值解的最大误差为5.9%;太阳辐射是混凝土温度场的主要影响因素,箱梁内气温可简化为恒温,其值可采用实测气温的平均值表示;可取综合换热系数值15.23 W/(m^(2)·K)近似计算混凝土箱梁的最不利温差.To analyze the historical and spatial distribution of the thermal field of concrete box girder,a thermal field prediction model of one-dimensional concrete structure with a dual-convection boundary was established based on meteorological data.The series solution of the prediction model was obtained by the integral transformation method.The maximum errors between the summing results of the first eighth terms and numerical results and measured data were 4% and 11%,respectively.The concrete thermal field was decomposed by the superposition of series,and the thermal field expressions of different heat flow boundaries were obtained.The boundaries was analyzed with the measured data,and results show that when series expansion term n=5 is used to calculate the thermal field of concrete structures,the maximum error between calculation results and numerical solutions is 5.9%;solar radiation is the main influencing factor of the concrete thermal field,and the air temperature in the box can be simplified as a constant,whose value can be expressed by the average value of the measured air temperature.The comprehensive heat transfer coefficient value of 15.23 W/(m^(2)·K) can be used to approximate the most unfavorable temperature difference of concrete box girder.
