扣带回功能解剖与扣带回癫痫症状学的关系研究进展

摘　　要：扣带回是边缘系统的重要组成部分,可按解剖位置分为前扣带回、中扣带回和后扣带回。扣带回功能解剖学特点与扣带回癫痫症状密切相关,故本研究围绕扣带回的功能解剖、癫痫发作症状和电刺激结果综述如下,以期为扣带回癫痫的定位诊断提供依据。The cingulate gyrus is an important part of the limbic system.According to anatomical position,it can be divided into anterior cingulate cortex,middle cingulate cortex and posterior cingulate cortex.The functional anatomy characteristics of cingulate gyrus are closely related to epilepsy symptoms of the cingulate.Therefore,the study summarizes the anatomical function,seizure symptoms and electrical stimulation results of cingulate gyrus,in order to provide help for the diagnosis of cingulate gyrus epilepsy.
