摘  要:因微电网在离网状态下不能与电网交互功率,只能由自身为负荷提供电能,故对微电网的离网运行特性进行全面分析显得尤为重要。根据微电网发电系统的运行特性,并结合多种评价指标,建立了不同时间尺度下的微电网运行评价指标体系,并对离网型风光水储互补发电系统的运行特性进行分析。结果表明,离网状态下的风光水储互补运行系统在不同时间尺度下具有较高的运行可靠性与稳定性,能实现微电网的安全运行,同时以融合日前1 h尺度调度优化与日内15 min尺度滚动调度优化的两级调度策略也验证了微电网中多种电源在不同时间尺度上的互补性与经济性,为微电网的经济调度提供了参考依据。Since microgrid fails to interact with the power grid in the off-grid state,and can only provide electric energy for the load by itself,it is particularly important to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the off-grid operation characteristics of microgrid.According to the operation characteristics of the microgrid power generation system,a microgrid operation evaluation index system under different time scales is established in combination with multiple evaluation indexes to analyze the operation characteristics of wind-light-water storage complementary power generation system in the off-grid state.The analytical results show that the wind-light-water storage complementary operation system in the off-grid state has high reliability and stability under different time scales,and can achieve the safe operation of microgrid.The complementarity and economical efficiency of various power sources in microgrid under different time scales are also verified by means of the two-grade scheduling strategy integrating the one-hour-scale scheduling optimization before the day and the 15-minute-scale rolling scheduling optimization within the day,which provides a reference for the economic dispatch of microgrid.
