摘　　要：随着恶性肿瘤检出率不断上升,妇科恶性肿瘤发生率也逐年增加,缺乏早期有效的筛查手段和诊断以预防肿瘤的发生是妇科恶性肿瘤死亡的重要原因。恶性肿瘤的发生发展是一个涉及多基因的细胞增殖和凋亡的平衡过程。B7-H4与恶性肿瘤生长有关,其在常见妇科恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移、分化以及肿瘤血管形成等生物学行为中发挥重要作用。进一步研究B7-H4的生理信号通路及其在妇科恶性肿瘤中的表达,可能对患者的临床诊疗、预后判断及复诊评估具有指导作用。With the increasing detection rate of malignant tumors,the incidence of malignant gynecologic tumors is also increasing year by year,and the lack of effective early screening methods and diagnosis for prevention is an important cause of death of malignant gynecologic tumors.The onset and development of malignant tumor is a balanced process involving multi-gene cell proliferation and apoptosis.B7-H4 is related to the growth of malignant tumors,and plays an important role in the biologic behaviors including occurrence,development,invasion,metastasis,differentiation and angiogenesis of common malignant gynecologic tumors.Further study of the physiological signaling pathway of B7-H4 and its expression in malignant gynecologic tumors may provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis,treatment,prognosis judgment and return visit assessment of the patients.
