基于中医“阴阳观念”探讨温阳法在肺癌中的应用

摘　　要：“阴阳观念”是中医学的重要观念。在肺癌的发生过程中,阴虚和阳虚是导致肺癌的两个重要因素。既往中医学的相关研究中,往往重视养阴在肺癌治疗中的作用,关于温阳法对肺癌的影响研究较少。近年来,肺癌的发病率逐年升高,而温阳法在肺癌中的应用也越来越多。根据肺癌发生发展的病因病机,通过温阳散寒、温阳止痛、温阳利水等方法探讨温阳法在肺癌治疗中的应用,可为丰富温阳法治疗肺癌提供中医理论依据。因此,温阳法有望成为中医治疗肺癌的关键疗法,但其确切机制尚未完全明确,且相关研究较少,未来需深入研究。"The concept of yin and yang"is an important concept in traditional Chinese medicine.Yin deficiency and yang deficiency are two important factors leading to lung cancer in the process of lung cancer.In the previous traditional Chinese medicine studies,the role of nourishing yin in the treatment of lung cancer was often focused,and there is insufficient research on the effect of warming yang on lung cancer.In recent years,the incidence of lung cancer has been increasing year by year,and the warming yang method has been used more and more in lung cancer.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer,the application of warming yang method in the treatment of lung cancer is discussed through the methods of warming yang to dispel cold,warming yang to relieve pain,and warming yang to promote diuresis,providing traditional Chinese medicine theoretical basis for enriching the warming yang method for treating lung cancer.Therefore,the warming yang method is expected to become a key therapy for the treatment of lung cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,although its exact mechanism has not yet been fully clarified,and there are few related studies,needing further in-depth research in the future.
