摘  要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种常见的与年龄密切相关的神经系统变性疾病,其发病机制复杂。近年来,关于AD的神经免疫机制和治疗成为临床研究的重点。神经胶质细胞(小胶质细胞、星形胶质细胞)以及炎症细胞因子通过神经免疫机制以及炎症反应参与AD的发病,而免疫调控对AD的发生、发展起重要作用。针对神经免疫调控机制和炎症反应开发了治疗AD的新型药物,虽然部分药物未能通过Ⅲ期临床试验,但也为后续试验提供了理论依据,未来还需进一步的研究,以寻找符合临床的新型药物。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is a common neurodegenerative disease closely related to age,with complicated pathogenesis.In recent years,the neuroimmune mechanism and treatment of AD have become the focus of the clinical research.Glial cells(microglial cells,astrocytes)and inflammatory cytokines participate in the pathogenesis of AD through neuroimmune mechanisms and inflammatory responses,while immune regulation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of AD.New drugs for AD have been developed according to neuroimmune regulatory mechanism and inflammatory response,althoughsome drugs have failed to pass phaseⅢclinical trials,they provide theoretical basis for the following trials.In the future,more in-depth research should to be carried out,in order to find new drugs in compliance with the clinical needs.
