摘  要:2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发生发展与体内多种代谢紊乱有关,但目前尚无特定的指标可以反映体内动态复杂的代谢变化,探索新的生物标志物有助于更好地了解T2DM发病机制的生物学基础。代谢组学可以反映小分子代谢物在疾病发生发展及治疗过程中变化的整体水平,可用于探索疾病生理病理变化和监测药物疗效。近年来,核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H-NMR)技术在T2DM及其并发症和中医药治疗的代谢组学研究方面展现出良好的应用前景。未来,^(1)H-NMR技术可能成为预测T2DM发生发展、开发新药或精准药物治疗监测的有力工具。The occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is related to a variety of metabolic disorders in vivo,but there is no specific indicator that can reflect the dynamic and complex metabolic changes in the body,and the exploration of new biomarkers helps to better understand the biological basis of the pathogenesis of T2DM.Metabonomics can reflect the overall level of changes in small molecule metabolites during the occurrence,development and treatment of diseases,and can be used to explore the physiological and pathological changes of diseases and monitor drug efficacy.In recent years,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(^(1)H-NMR)technology has shown promising application prospects in the metabonomics study of T2DM and its complications and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.In the future,^(1)H-NMR technology may become a powerful tool to predict the occurrence and development of T2DM,develop new drugs or realize monitoring of the precise medication.
