摘　　要：增强“脚力、眼力、脑力、笔力”是习近平总书记对思想政治教育者工作能力提升的四项重要指示:要以实践的“脚力”,深入师生群体,增强主流意识形态的认同度;要以敏锐的“眼力”,提高辨别水平,增强主流意识形态的精确度;以缜密的“脑力”,加强理论学习,增强主流意识形态的解释力;要以强劲的“笔力”,创新宣传形式,增强主流意识形态的感染力。“Practice,observation,elaborative and writing”is the General Secretary Xi Jinping to ideological and political educators work ability promotion which are four important instructions:to practice“practice ability”,in-depth teachers and students group,enhance the mainstream ideology of recognition;to improve the level of discrimination and enhance the accuracy of the mainstream ideology with a keen“vision”;strengthen theoretical study and enhance the explanatory power of mainstream ideology with rigorous“elaborative faculty”;to strengthen the appeal of mainstream ideology with a strong“writing ability”,innovative forms of propaganda.
