摘 要:目的将案例教学与翻转课堂相结合的教学模式用于口腔内科试验教学中,探讨口腔内科试验教学方法的新模式。方法将学生分为试验组和对照组两组,试验组采用案例教学与翻转课堂相结合的模式进行授课,对照组用传统的教学模式授课,对授课前后考试成绩和问卷调查结果进行统计学分析。结果试验组教学改革后的成绩明显高于改革前,且试验组的成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组两次的试验课成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。主观评价统计学分析结果显示在考级评价合理性上面,试验组和对照组同学之间的调查显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在占用了课余时间这项中,试验组同学的不满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05),而在其余各项中,试验组中的满意程度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例教学与翻转课堂相结合的模式有利于口腔内科试验教学。Objective The teaching mode combining case teaching and flipped classroom is used in the experimental teaching of oral medicine,and the new mode of experimental teaching methods in oral medicine is explored.Methods The oral students were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was taught using a combination of case teaching and flipped classroom.The control group was taught using the traditional teaching mode.Statistical analysis of test results and questionnaire survey results before and after class.Results The performance of the experimental group after the teaching reform was significantly higher than that before the reform,and the exam scores of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two exam scores of the control group(P>0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey of the test group and the control group showed that there was no statistical difference between the two on the reasonableness of the grade examination evaluation(P>0.05).In the item of taking up free time,the degree of dissatisfaction among the students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and in the other items,the degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mode of combining case teaching and flipped classroom is beneficial to the experimental teaching of oral medicine.
