摘  要:教育部留学来华留学英语师资培训中心(医学)自2010年在天津医科大学成立,这培训中心是以提高来华留学生医学专业教师的师资水准和英语授课能力,提高留学生的培养质量以及教育管理服务水平而建立的。多年来为中国医学国际教育培养了大量人才。文章主要以2018年度培训为背景,从教学方法、教学内容和教学素养三个方面谈教育部留学来华项目对中国医学国际化教育的启发。笔者认为,医学国际化教育应当结合我国教育基本情况,借鉴国外先进的教学方法,注重学生背景、有的放矢,以中国文化为依托,加强中国医学课程师资力量的建设,更好地进行国际化医学影像学教育,提高我国留学生医学教育的水平和质量。The English Teacher Training Center(Medical)for foreign students organized by Ministry of Education was established in Tianjin Medical University in 2010,to improve the professional and English teaching abilities of medical teachers of foreign students in China,and to improve the quality of training and education management of international students.For purpose.Over the years,it has trained a large number of talents for Chinese medical international education.This article is mainly based on the 2018 training,and discusses the enlightenment of the study abroad program in China to the international education of Chinese medicine from three aspects:teaching methods,teaching content and teaching literacy.The author believes that international medical education should be based on the basic situation of our country's education,draw on advanced foreign teaching methods,focus on the background of students,be targeted,and take Chinese culture as a carrier,to strengthen the construction of Chinese Medical teachers.It is extremely urgent to improve the level and quality of medical education for foreign students in China.
