国际化程度与企业绩效的关系--环境动态性的调节作用

摘　　要：基于164家跨国企业的调查数据,运用多元回归探讨了环境动态性在国际化程度和企业绩效关系中的调节效应。研究结果表明:国际化程度与企业绩效表现出明显的正相关关系,同时,环境动态性的两个维度(技术环境动态性、市场环境动态性)在国际化程度与企业绩效关系中起到调节作用。Based on the survey data of 164 multinational enterprises,this paper discusses the moderating eff ect of environmental dynamics in the relationship between internationalization degree and enterprise performance by using multiple regression.The results show that the degree of internationalization is positively correlated with enterprise performance,and the two dimensions of environmental dynamics(technology environment dynamics and market environment dynamics)play a moderating role in the relationship between the degree of internationalization and enterprise performance.
