On Community Environmental Moral Education in the New Citizen Era

摘　　要：新公民时代是指基于社会发展的视角,公民整体上表现出的“权利”“责任”等现代公民意识不断觉醒和主体意识不断提升的时代发展趋势。新公民时代开展社区环境道德教育,是社区公民环境权利意识提升的体现,是现代社区公民意识与传统环境道德理念的融合,是一种旨在提升社区公民的环境道德素质,形成人与自然和谐共生的现代教育理念。The new citizen era refers to the development trend of the Times in which the citizens’modern civic consciousness gets constantly awakening and their subject consciousness gets constantly improving in the social development,such as“rights”and“responsibility”and so on.Conducting community environmental moral education in the new citizen era reflects the improvement of community citizens’awareness of environmental rights,and is the integration of modern community civic awareness and traditional environmental moral concept.The modern educational concept,which aims at improving the community citizens’environmental moral quality,can form a harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
