村民学习网格类型划分与体系设计——基于我国东、中部三省一市的田野调查

摘　　要：借助拓展性学习及治理单元理论生成分析框架,对我国东、中部三省一市的56个村庄开展田野调查,提出村民学习网格的类型划分。总体上,村民学习网格可分为代司学习治理职能的综合治理网格和学习专项网格;前者包括空间区隔类的地形网格、街道网格和区域网格,关键人物类的党政网格和乡贤网格,产业聚集类的产业网格,人际网络类的亲缘网格和邻里网格;后者包括学习内容类的内容网格,聚集场所类的热度网格,身份认同类的身份网格。不同种类的村民学习网格的内隐性与外显性、联结性与脱离性存在差异。基于目前“浅了解,少需求,有划分,缺设计”的网格搭建现状,本文建议:试行“村干部+村民+X”设计模式,实现网格设计主体多元化;试行“异类同配”设计模式,实现网格横向分工精准对接;试行“拆组嵌套”设计模式,实现网格纵向分工灵活多变。Based on the analysis framework of extended learning and governance unit theory,a field survey is carried out on 56 villages in three provinces and one city in eastern and central China,and the classification of villagers'learning grid was put forward.Generally,it can be divided into two types of grids:the comprehensive governance grid,which acting as learning and governance functions,and the special learning grid.The former includes the terrain grid,street grid and regional grid of spatial partition,the party and government grid of key figures and village elites grid,the industry grid of industrial agglomeration,the kinship grid and neighborhood grid of interpersonal network.The latter includes content grid of learning content,heat grid of gathering places and identity grid of identity.There are differences in implicitness and explicitness,associativity and detachment between different types of villagers'learning grid.Based on the current situation of"superficial understanding,few needs,being demarcated and lack of design in grid construction",this paper suggests that:to try out the design mode of"village cadres+villagers+X"to realize the diversification of grid design subjects;to try to implement the design mode of"different types with the same match"to realize the precise docking of horizontal division of grids;to try out the"disassembling and nesting"design mode to achieve flexible vertical division of grids.
