摘　　要：低糖电饭锅作为厨房家电的新品类,对人们日常合理膳食有一定帮助。为促进行业健康发展,为企业提供规范的测试方法,T/CAS 482—2021《低糖电饭锅烹饪的米饭品质评价技术规范》已于2021年4月12日正式发布实施。本文介绍了标准的制定背景和架构,从技术内容、参数设定、数据测试等方面进行了解读,以期对正确理解和使用该标准有所帮助。As a new category of kitchen appliances, the slowly digestible rice cooked by electric rice cooker is helpful to people’s daily reasonable diet. In order to promote the healthy development of the industry and provide standardized testing methods for enterprises, the standard T/CAS 482—2021 has been officially released and implemented on April 12, 2021. This paper introduces the background and architecture of the standard, and interprets it from the aspects of technical content, parameter setting and data testing, so as to help users understand and implement the standard correctly.
