大数据环境下高职院校大学生的个性化培养与管理研究——以泉州经贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：随着网络和计算机的发展,互联网在各个领域的应用越来越多,特别是移动互联网的出现和大数据技术的不断发展,极大地改变了我们的生活、工作等方式。面对网络上这些无限的资源,如何有效让学生摆脱“低头族”等不良习惯,通过大数据分析,进行精细化的人才培养方案设计,并对其进行个性化的培养、管理,是本文要探讨的核心问题。文章以泉州经贸学院的学生对象为例,进行了详细的研究和分析,并提出了相应的培养与管理方案。With the development of network and computer,more and more applications of Internet in various fields,especially the emergence of mobile Internet and the continuous development of big data technology,have greatly changed our life,work and other ways.In the face of these infinite resources on the network,how to effectively let students get rid of the bad habits such as“bow head clan”,through the analysis of big data,to carry out the refined talent training program design and personalized training and management,which is the core issue to be discussed in this paper.Taking the students of Quanzhou Vocational College of Economic and Business as an example,this paper makes a detailed study and analysis,and puts forward corresponding training and management plan.
