摘 要:针对造船企业库存控制中的不确定问题,构建了模糊数学库存模型并优化求解。首先,根据模糊集相关理论,确定库存管理中模糊参数及给出模糊运算表达式。然后,依据造船企业库存管理情况,建立了不允许缺货条件下的多模糊参数的模糊数学库存模型。最后,通过对造船企业机电物资进行实例分析,模糊数学库存模型计算的库存成本比实际库存成本大幅度减少,表明了模糊数学库存模型的实用性。实例结果表明:多模糊参数的模糊数学库存模型能有效解决造船企业库存控制不确定性问题,进而优化库存管理,具有很大的应用价值与现实意义。Aiming at the uncertainty in the inventory control of shipbuilding enterprises,the paper constructed and optimized a fuzzy mathematical inventory model.Firstly,according to the fuzzy set theory,the fuzzy parameters in inventory management were determined and the expression of fuzzy operation was given.Then,based on the inventory management situation of the shipbuilding enterprise,the fuzzy mathematical inventory model with multiple fuzzy parameters was given where stock shortage was prohibited.Finally,through an empirical analysis of the mechanical and electrical materials of the shipbuilding enterprise,it was found that the inventory cost calculated through the fuzzy mathematical inventory model was much less than the actual inventory cost,which showed the practicality of the model.The result showed that the fuzzy mathematical inventory model with multiple fuzzy parameters could effectively eliminate the uncertainty problem in the inventory control of shipbuilding enterprises and optimize their inventory management,giving it great application value and practical significance.
