白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗晚期转移性三阴性乳腺癌的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗晚期转移性三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的临床价值。方法将68例TNBC患者按治疗药物不同分为观察组与对照组,各34例,对照组给予常规化疗药物治疗,观察组给予白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、用药期间不良反应发生情况及生存情况。结果观察组患者客观缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者3~4级贫血、恶心、呕吐、白细胞异常、中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、外周神经毒性不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者1年生存率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期转移性TNBC临床疗效相对常规化疗方案较好,同时降低各不良反应的严重程度,提高患者化疗耐受力,近期疗效较好。Objective To analyze the clinical value of albumin-bound paclitaxel combined platinum drugs in the treatment of advanced triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Method A total of 68 TNBC patients were divided into observation group(n=34,treated with albumin-bound paclitaxel+platinum drugs)and control group(n=34,treated with conventional chemotherapy drugs)according to different therapeutic drugs.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions during the treatment and survival were compared between the two groups.Result The objective response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of grade 3-4 anemia,nausea,vomiting,leucocyte abnormality,neutropenia,thrombocytopenia,liver dysfunction,renal dysfunction and peripheral neurotoxicity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Albumin-bound paclitaxel combined platinum drugs has superior clinical efficacy than the conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced metastatic TNBC,which can reduce the severity of adverse reactions,improve patient’s tolerance to chemotherapy with better short term efficacy.
