摘  要:肝细胞生长因子(HGF)是具有多种生物学活性的多肽生长因子,在肿瘤中普遍高表达。HGF通过HGF/c-Met信号通路影响细胞凋亡、调节细胞之间的黏附、促进血管和淋巴管生成,在肿瘤中发挥促进肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移等作用。深入分析HGF在不同系统肿瘤调控网络中的地位和作用,揭示其在肿瘤发生发展中的分子机制,将为肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后提供新思路。Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)is a polypeptide growth factor with various biological activities,which is generally highly expressed in tumors.HGF exerts its effects in promoting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell invasion and metastasis by affecting apoptosis,regulating adhesion between cells,and promoting vascularization and lymphangiogenesis through the HGF/c-Met signaling pathway.In depth analysis of the status and role of HGF in tumor regulatory networks in different systems to uncover its molecular mechanism in tumorigenesis and development will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
