摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸氟伏沙明片合并小剂量米氮平片对伴躯体疼痛抑郁症患者的抑郁症状、躯体疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年8月赣州市第三人民医院精神心理科收治的80例抑郁症伴躯体疼痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组使用马来酸氟伏沙明片,观察组则在对照组的基础上联合使用小剂量米氮平片。比较治疗过程中两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)和简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分变化,统计两组治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果治疗后2、4、6和8周,观察组HAMD、VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对伴有躯体疼痛症状抑郁症患者,使用马来酸氟伏沙明片联合小剂量米氮平片,能有效地改善患者抑郁状态,缓解机体疼痛,提高生活质量且并不增加并发症发生率,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effects of Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets combined with low-dose Mirtazapine Tablets on depressive symptoms,physical pain and quality of life in patients with depression with physical pain.Methods From July 2019 to August 2020,a total of 80 patients with depression and physical pain who were admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,the Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets,and the observation group used low-dose Mirtazapine Tablets in addition to the control group.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),visual analogue scale(VAS)and the 36-Item short form health survey(SF-36)score changes between the two groups during treatment were compared,and adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups were counted.Results At 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,the HAMD and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 scores were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion For depression patients with physical pain symptoms,the use of Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets combined with low-dose Mirtazapine Tablets can effectively improve the patient′s depression,relieve body pain,improve quality of life without increasing complications Rate and safety are high.
