中医护理方案在中风急性期病症中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理方案在中风急性期病症中的应用及效果评价分析。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月于中国中医科学院眼科医院的中风急性期患者102例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各51例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用中医护理方案。评价两组神经功能缺损、日常生活能力情况及中医症候积分情况,并比较两组护理效果及焦虑抑郁情况。结果两组干预前美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、临床症候、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组干预后NIHSS、中医症候、ADL评分低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)中,HADS-A和HADS-D评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组干预后HADS-A和HADS-D低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中风急性期患者应用中医护理方案护理效果较好,可以有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁情况,提高护理效果,同时可以降低患者的神经功能缺损情况,中医症候评分情况和日常生活能力。Objective To discuss the application and effect evaluation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program in the acute stage of stroke.Methods A total of 102 patients with acute stroke admitted to the Eye Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,and the study group used traditional Chinese medicine nursing program on this basis.The neurological deficit,daily living ability and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated,and the nursing effects,anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before the intervention on the scores of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),clinical symptom,and activities of daily living(ADL)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of NIHSS,traditional Chinese medicine symptom,and ADL of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of nursing care in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the pre-intervention hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)between the two groups,the difference between HADS-A and HADS-D scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,HADS-A and HADS-D in the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for patients with acute stroke is better,which can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of the patient,improve the nursing effect,and reduce the patient’s neurological deficit,traditional Chinese
