摘　　要：随着国家对环境保护越来越重视,垃圾焚烧发电项目的数量和规模不断扩大,作为发电用的原动机--汽轮机的需求量也越来越大,而汽缸是汽轮机的主要静子部套件。虽然汽缸制造技术日益成熟,但在现场装配、实际运行以及使用过程中仍存在许多问题。为减少问题的发生,对气缸制造过程进行监造是提高质量的重要手段,文章主要针对汽缸整个制作过程的质量监造把控要点进行分析讨论。Along with countries pay more and more attention to on the issue of environmental protection,the waste incineration power generation to enlarging the number and size of the project,as the prime mover-turbine for electricity generation demand also more and more big,the cylinder is the main static radical suite,steam turbine cylinder manufacturing technology is increasingly mature,However,there are still various problems in the process of on-site assembly and actual operation as well as in the use performance.To reduce the occurrence of problems,The monitoring of cylinder manufacturing process is an important means to improve the quality.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the key points of quality supervision and control in the whole process of cylinder production.
