摘　　要：利用Prepar3D模拟飞行软件及其开发套件开发了模拟飞行训练评估仿真平台。该平台基于胜任力模型设计了典型飞行程序训练科目及飞行技术考核指标,并在飞行程序训练科目总评分加入了两层权值,可更准确、客观地评估飞行学员的绩效水平,更有利于飞行学员加深对飞行理论的理解。经实践验证,该模拟飞行训练评估方法对于飞行学员的理论和实践学习具有明显的辅助作用,具有较高的实用价值。With Prepar3D and its Software Development Kit,a simulated flight training evaluation platform is constructed.Based on the competency model,the platform selects typical flight procedure training subjects and their assessment indicators of flight technology,and the total score of subjects including two-level weights,which can more accurately and objectively evaluate the performance level of flight cadets,and which is more helpful for student pilots to understand the flight theory in depth.Practice has shown the feasibility of the flight simulation evaluation method and its effectiveness on the theoretical and practical learning of flight cadets in addition to high practical value.
