摘　　要：随着亚健康人群的不断增长,人们对中医药养生保健的需求日益增强。文章以广西中医药大学为例,从该校中医养生学人才培养的现状出发,指出了目前中医养生人才培养存在的主要问题,提出了基于应用型人才培养理念完善中医养生学教学新模式,认为应当立足于中医经典课程,筑牢中医理论基础,突出临床实践教学的重要性,使中医养生学的教学改革向纵深发展,同时要始终贯彻立德树人的教育理念,为国家的老龄事业规划,社会的养生需求培养合格的人才。With the continuous growth of sub-health population,people's demand for health care of traditional Chinese medicine is increasing.Taking Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine as an example,starting from the current situation of the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation talents in the university,this paper points out the main problems existing in the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation talents,puts forward a new teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation based on the concept of applied talent cultivation,and believes that it should be based on the classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine,build a solid theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine,and highlight the importance of clinical practice teaching,make the teaching reform ofTCM health preservation develop in depth.At the same time,we should always implement the educational concept of building morality and cultivating people,and cultivate qualified talents for the country's aging career planning and the health preservation needs of the society.
