摘　　要：本文以《发动机拆装与维修》课程为例,对定向培养直招士官生教学资源现状及存在问题进行研究,分析了师资力量强化途径,从教材编写、信息化资源建设两方面提出教学素材设计思路,从实训室建设和整车引进两方面提出教学设施设计思路,对汽车检测与维修(装甲车方向)的专业建设具有重要意义。This article takes the course of "Engine Disassembly and Maintenance" as an example to study the current situation and existing problems of teaching resources for direct-recruiting non-commissioned officers,analyzes the ways to strengthen teachers,and proposes teaching from two aspects:textbook compilation and information resource construction.The material design ideas,from the two aspects of training room construction and vehicle introduction,are put forward,which are of great significance to the professional construction of automobile inspection and maintenance(armored vehicle direction).
