摘　　要：为了能主动适应地方经济发展需要、为区域经济产业结构优化升级,培养数量充足、结构合理的高素质技术技能型人才,高职院校就必须对专业人才培养方案做出调整,对课程内容做出修订,对教学模式进行改革,使学生真正了解就业岗位所需的知识和能力,真正实现学校与企业"零过渡"的目标。In order to actively adapt to the needs of local economic development,optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of the regional economy,and cultivate a sufficient number of high-quality technical and technical talents with a reasonable structure,higher vocational colleges must adjust the professional talent training program and adjust the curriculum.The content is revised and the teaching mode is reformed,so that students can truly understand the knowledge and abilities required for employment,and truly achieve the goal of "zero transition" between schools and enterprises.
