摘 要:汽车发动机需要冷却系统散热来保持其在正常的工作温度,汽车散热器和中冷器散热性能的水平直接影响发动机燃烧充分性,决定了燃油消耗排放指数和,严重影响发动机的使用寿命。因此,散热器和中冷器散热性能平衡至关重要。如何模拟汽车发动机实际工作状态对散热器和中冷器进行准确的性能测试是汽车散热器和中冷器研究的重要内容。本文通过对散热器和中冷器性能测试系统结构、原理和测试方法的研究介绍,形成了散热器与中冷器独立和组合测试的测试系统以及测试方案,测试结果在行业台架测试现有水平下最接近于整车状态,处于行业领先水平。Automobile engines need cooling system heat to keep it at normal operating temperature.The level of heat dissipation performance of automobile radiators and intercoolers directly affects the adequacy of engine combustion,determines the fuel consumption and emission index,and seriously affects the service life of the engine.Therefore,the balance between the heat dissipation and the heat dissipation performance of the intercooler is very important.How to simulate the actual working state of automobile engine to carry out accurate performance test of radiator and intercooler is an important content of the research of automobile radiator and intercooler.Through the research and introduction of the structure,principle and test method of the radiator and intercooler performance test system,this paper has formed a test system and test plan for the independent and combined test of the radiator and intercooler.The test results are tested on the industry bench.The level is closest to the state of the whole vehicle,and it is at the leading level in the industry.
