摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探索心理应激与流体认知功能的关系及潜在的影像学机制。方法:基于国际公开数据库人类连接组计划,共纳入1066名受试者,包括一般人口学数据、应激感受量表、认知功能测试及结构态核磁共振数据,运用多元线性回归分析探索流体认知功能及其他认知功能与心理应激之间的关系,并计算与心理应激及认知功能相关的脑区结构。结果:研究发现心理应激与流体认知功能、认知灵活性及工作记忆呈负相关,并且右侧额上回及左侧额中回尾部的皮层厚度与应激呈正相关,与流体认知功能及认知灵活性呈负相关。结论:心理应激水平较高的个体中流体认知功能及认知灵活性水平较低,并且右侧额上回及左侧额中回尾部是心理应激与流体认知功能及认知灵活性之间的潜在神经机制。Objective:To investigate the relationship between psychological stress and fluid cognition,and further explore the underlying neuroimaging mechanism.Methods:Based on Human Connectome Project database,we recruited 1066 individuals including demographic information,perceived stress scales,cognitive function battery,and structural magnetic resonance imaging(sMRI).Multivariable linear regression was used to assess the possible relationship between stress and fluid cognition.We also analyzed the brain regions related to stress and fluid cognition.Results:Stress was negatively related with fluid cognition,cognitive flexibility,and work memory respectively.The results of sMRI suggested that the cortical thickness of right superior frontal gyrus and left caudal middle frontal gyrus were related to stress,fluid cognition,and cognitive flexibility.Conclusion:Stress is negatively associated with fluid cognition,cognitive flexibility,and work memory.The right superior frontal gyrus and left caudal middle frontal gyrus may be involved in the underlying mechanism.
