创新型产业集群对城市绿色经济发展的影响——基于中国280个城市面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：创新型产业集群是提升城市创新能力、推动城市绿色经济发展的重要载体。本文基于中国280个城市2003—2019年的面板数据,运用倾向得分匹配、双重差分、中介效用模型和三重差分的方法,实证分析了创新型产业集群的设立对城市绿色经济发展的影响效应及空间异质性。研究结果表明:创新型产业集群的设立能够促进城市绿色经济发展,其所拉动的城市产业结构优化及创新能力提升是影响绿色经济发展的重要传导路径;在作用效果层面创新型产业集群对城市绿色经济的影响存在城市间的异质性,对重点城市的影响程度更大。政府部门可以通过加强创新型产业集群建设、培育科技创新新动能、构建产业集群绿色创新体系,推动城市绿色经济高质量发展。Innovative industrial clusters are an important carrier to enhance the urban innovation ability and promote the development of urban green economy.Based on the panel data of 280 cities in China from 2003 to 2019,this paper uses Propensity Score Matching,difference-in-difference,mediating effect and difference-in-difference-in-difference methods to empirically analyze the impact and spatial heterogeneity of the establishment of innovative industrial clusters on the development of urban green economy.The research results show that the establishment of innovative industrial clusters can promote the development of urban green economy,and the optimization of urban industrial structure and the improvement of innovation capabilities are important transmission paths affecting the development of green economy,and the impact of innovative industrial clusters on urban green economy is more significant in the key cities.Government departments can promote the high-quality development of urban green economy by strengthening the construction of innovative industrial clusters,cultivating new driving forces of scientific and technological innovation,and building a green innovation system of industrial clusters.
